✨ Upon booking your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your desired date and time. Please contact Lucretia at 703-595-5817 to select appointment unless you are booking online where the appointment must be pain in full. Deposits must be made immediately via Zelle (Lucretiascott1990@gmail.com) to confirm your reservation. Failure to submit the deposit promptly after scheduling will result in automatic cancellation of your appointment.
✨ Please note that your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your services at the end of your appointment. This policy applies to both existing and new clients.
✨ The remaining balance of your service fee can be settled at the conclusion of your appointment, and we accept payment in Zelle, cash, debit/credit and cashapp.

✨ If you need to reschedule within 24hrs of appointment and 10days max from appointment time frame your deposit will be secured in the next appointment. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule and it is not within the 24hr-10day frame, your deposit is not secure and you will need to resubmit payment.
✨All clients are required to arrive on time for their appointment as our services are extensive, and every minute counts. Clients who arrive 15 minutes late will be required to reschedule their appointment and will be subjected to pay the rescheduling fee. No exceptions will be made for tardiness, even in cases of heavy traffic. Please plan accordingly and be punctual for your service.
